Scholtès opens the Centre of Excellence by Patricia Urquiola in London

Scholtès, the high-end kitchen appliance brand, has opened the first Centre of Excellence Scholtès designed by Patricia Urquiola in Wigmore Street 98, London. From this year on, this exhibition format will be chosen for every showrooms that this brand will soon open. The “Centre of Excellence” will be not only a showroom, but also a multi-function space that will house a lifestyle area perfect for demonstrations, masterclasses and private dinners.

For this occasion Patricia Urquiola, who has already designed several pieces of the De Padova collection, revisited the Lavenham chair dated 2008: its distinctive matelassé motif can now be seen for the first time on the stools of the same series, in London’s Centre of Excellence.
