Hybla Soft is the new sofa system designed by Elisa Ossino for 2026. It was conceived as an evolution of Hybla, introduced in 2025, whose design identity it preserves, recalling the welcoming allure of the 1970s and reinterpreting it in a more essential and fluid form. Its language is simplified through the removal of structural panels and the rigid backrest, encouraging more open and transversal compositions. The system is defined by full, generous volumes, completed exclusively by applied side armrests. Its modularity is expressed through more versatile grammar: the different inclination of the seat cushion generates expansions and trapezoidal geometries that introduce dynamism and formal continuity.
The segmentation of the elements and the introduction of poufs further expand the compositional possibilities, making the system extremely flexible. The charcoal oak storage units, shared with the updated version of Hybla, ensure collection coherence and functional continuity. They integrate a front drawer, an open compartment at the back, a USB socket, and the option to fit the Elementi lamp with a Ø 30 cm sphere.
The most significant evolution also concerns comfort. The padding has been designed to preserve the seat’s volumetric fullness over time, preventing sagging and loss of shape. The internal structure combines differentiated-density polyurethane foam with highly elastic recycled polyester fibre derived from the fashion sector, ensuring immediate comfort, support and long-term resilience.
