On the occasion of De Padova’s seventieth anniversary, we celebrate one of the most iconic symbols of the collection: the Square sofa, long established as one of the company’s bestsellers. Square Round was conceived as a natural evolution, reinterpreting the original design through the introduction of a new idea of comfort. The distinctive linearity of Square softens into a fluid curve, capable of reshaping lines and volumes with elegance, offering a more welcoming and contemporary experience. Its geometry dissolves into a fluid and enveloping sequence. The system preserves the performance, construction quality and proportional balance that have made the Square family a benchmark in the landscape of contemporary design. The curvature becomes a design tool, enabling softer configurations and introducing more welcoming spatial dynamics. Square Round shapes environments in which conviviality unfolds without rigidity, generating fluid islands capable of engaging with the surrounding architecture. The depth is available in two sizes, from 114 cm to 126 cm, while maintaining the same level of comfort and ergonomic quality as the original version.
