The R.‎I.‎G.‎ modern modular bookshelves comprise several components connected by a “R.‎I.‎G. joint‎”. The selection of high-end materials and the graphic stabilisation system ensure extraordinary stability, making it a most versatile piece of furniture. R.‎I.‎G.‎ designs are based on the idea of several simple principles such as optimising the use of materials, improving functionality and a minimalist appearance. These pieces of furniture with a standard design allow the frames and the materials to bring out their best features, using well-established manufacturing techniques. The shelf thickness ranges from the existing measures (0.6cm, 1.2cm, 1.9cm, 2.2cm) to the new measure of 3.5cm. Additionally, the bottom shelf can also be placed atop the composition, adding further versatility to the shelving system.
