Alexander Åhnebrink
Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, Alexander Åhnebrink is a multi-faceted designer with global exposure. Currently based in Shanghai, China, he leads the design team for lifestyle products of China’s leading EV company, NIO. His previous experience includes senior designer positions at Lenovo in Beijing, Mario Bellini’s Studio in Milan, Art Director for Studio Berg in Milan/Stockholm, as well as chief creative at Retail Link in Shanghai. His rich experience has given him a deep knowledge of various design disciplines, ranging from interior and furniture design to consumer products and branding. At the same time, having worked for global clients from Sweden, Italy, UK and China respectively has given him a unique understanding different cultures and trends. Many of his creations have enjoyed international success as well as being awarded with Red Dot and IF design awards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London, UK.
