Nendo

Nendoは、デザイナーのOki Satoによって2002年に東京で設立されたデザイン事務所です。1977年カナダ生まれ。早稲田大学大学院建築学研究科修士課程修了。デザインの世界では、グラフィックやプロダクトから、家具やインスタレーション、窓やインテリア、さらには建築の領域に至るまで、ひとつの分野に限定することなく、活動の場を広げています。2005年にミラノオフィスを開設したNendoは、Cappellini、De Padova、Moroso、Oluceなどのヨーロッパのメーカーとのコラボでデザインを提供。栄えある賞を受賞し、国際的にも高い評価を受けています。
ニューズウィーク誌の「世界が尊敬する日本人100人」に選出されたほか、Wallpaper*誌やELLE DÉCOR誌などで「デザイナー・オブ・ザ・イヤー」を受賞しています。

Privacy Updates Following Merger by Incorporation and Change of Corporate Name.

Following the merger by incorporation of Adielle s.r.l. and De Padova s.r.l. into Boffi S.p.A., and the subsequent change of the corporate name of the latter to Boffi|DePadova S.p.A., pursuant to the applicable privacy legislation, the necessary updates are hereby provided with regard to the privacy notice previously issued by the companies involved in the merger.

In particular, it is hereby communicated that the new name of the Data Controller is Boffi|DePadova S.p.A.
