Paolo Tilche

（1925年 – 2003年）エジプト生まれ。1949年にミラノ工科大学を卒業後、すぐに建築家としてのキャリアをスタートさせ、住居用および産業用建物の開発を行いました。1955年、ミラノにデザインショップのArformをオープン。ショップを経営する傍ら、デザイナーとしても精力的に活動し、Ideal Standard、グッチーニ、Bonacinaなどの有名ブランドのデザインを手掛けました。デザインに特化したTV番組の草分けである「Il piacere della casa」の司会を担当。

Privacy Updates Following Merger by Incorporation and Change of Corporate Name.

Following the merger by incorporation of Adielle s.r.l. and De Padova s.r.l. into Boffi S.p.A., and the subsequent change of the corporate name of the latter to Boffi|DePadova S.p.A., pursuant to the applicable privacy legislation, the necessary updates are hereby provided with regard to the privacy notice previously issued by the companies involved in the merger.

In particular, it is hereby communicated that the new name of the Data Controller is Boffi|DePadova S.p.A.
