Paolo Tilche: designer De Padova

(1925 – 2003) Born in Egypt, he graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1949 and immediately started working as an architect developing both residential and industrial buildings. In 1955, he opened Arform, a design store in Milan. At the same time, he worked intensively as a designer for important brands such as Ideal Standard, Guzzini, Bonacina. He later hosted “Il piacere della casa“, archetype of the TV show dedicated to design.

Following the merger by incorporation of Adielle s.r.l. and De Padova s.r.l. into Boffi S.p.A., and the subsequent change of the corporate name of the latter to Boffi|DePadova S.p.A., pursuant to the applicable privacy legislation, the necessary updates are hereby provided with regard to the privacy notice previously issued by the companies involved in the merger.

In particular, it is hereby communicated that the new name of the Data Controller is Boffi|DePadova S.p.A.
